VORX Group Ltd trading as SHOWT operates showt.io and the SHOWT applications. VORX Group Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17207744. Its registered office is 35 Tresillian Street, Plymouth, Devon, PL4 0QP.

SHOWT provides the marketplace, matching, campaign record, messaging and payment technology. The creator supplies the booked creator service directly to the business.

Users must be at least 18, provide accurate information and use SHOWT only for lawful UK business and creator activity.

Do not misrepresent identity, audience figures, results, ownership or authority.

Do not move a SHOWT booking or payment outside SHOWT after meeting through the platform.

Do not promote illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, discriminatory or deliberately misleading goods, services or claims.

SHOWT is not the creator's employer, agent or customer. Creators remain independent and responsible for their work, tax, advertising disclosures and legal obligations.

SHOWT may pause listings, payments or accounts to prevent fraud, protect users, meet Stripe requirements or investigate a complaint.

A business pays the creator through a direct Stripe charge on the creator's connected Stripe account. SHOWT receives only its application fee, normally 20% of the total business price. The creator's agreed payout remains in the creator's Stripe balance until payout is released.

SHOWT does not provide an escrow account and does not treat the creator's share as SHOWT revenue. Stripe processes card, identity and bank information under Stripe's own terms.

SHOWT records the version and time of every acceptance. Material changes require a new acceptance before new bookings or payments can continue.
