Creator Terms

The creator is the supplier and merchant of record for each booked creator service. The creator must deliver the frozen brief, deliverables, timing and included revisions shown in the campaign agreement.

The creator controls the payout price displayed as 'you earn'. SHOWT adds its application fee to calculate the business total.

The creator authorises Stripe to create and maintain a connected account for SHOWT bookings. The business charge is made directly on that connected account. SHOWT receives only its 20% application fee and pays the normal Stripe payment processing fee from that fee structure.

The creator's agreed payout stays in the creator's Stripe balance on a manual payout schedule until approved delivery, automatic approval or another permitted settlement outcome. UK funds cannot be held indefinitely and may be paid or refunded to meet Stripe time limits.

Identity and bank details are collected by Stripe, not stored in full by SHOWT.

Payout can be delayed while Stripe funds are pending, verification is incomplete, a dispute is open or a refund is required.

A refund or chargeback can reduce the creator's Stripe balance. Stripe may recover a negative balance under the connected-account agreement.

After submission, the business has 3 calendar days to approve, use an included revision or raise a material dispute. Subjective dislike is not a material failure where the frozen brief was fulfilled.

If the review period expires without action, SHOWT may automatically approve the delivery and request payout. Processing may occur shortly after the deadline.

The creator keeps copyright unless the campaign agreement expressly says otherwise. The business receives only the usage rights stated in the agreement. Paid advertising, raw footage and extended use require explicit inclusion.

Where content is posted, the creator must use a clear advertising disclosure such as 'Ad' and comply with platform, ASA and applicable legal rules.

Creators are responsible for declaring income and taxes. SHOWT and Stripe may retain or report transaction information where law requires.
